Was built in 1999, which specializes in producing steel finishing equipment, such as aluminium wire peeler, Series JY Bar Straightening Machine, Abrasive Belt Ginder, Drawing Machine, Shot Blasting Machine, Centerless Grinding Machine, CNC skiving and Roller Burnishing Machine and Auxiliary Machine etc. We also engage in continuous hard chrome plating equipment and heat treatment equipment.

aluminium wire peeler is one of our main products,Mainly consists of two V groove clamping rollers, whose bearing seats are structural components .Two pairs of roller axle base are installed on the bearing seat, which can control separately. The axle base is cast steel installed on the slide bar. Through gear,rolling wheel is controlled by center spindle installed on the axle base, reaches purpose of automatically centering and clamping. The machine can keep working without any adjustment while diameter keeps changing. Roller clamping wheel is supported by spindle and cone roller bearing. Driven by hydraulic cylinder, the upper roller wheel goes down. Through transmission of gear, another roller goes up with slide bar which is fixed on the lower roller axle seat, clamps raw materials that are sent by conveying roller table and transmits materials into cutter head by rolling through guide device, implementing cutting and processing. Power is reduced by speed reducer driven by electric motor, then is transmitted to pressure wheel by hooks coupling universal coupling through transfer case. The pressing roller adopts all self-driven pressing rollers. Hydraulic pressure is presented by pressure gauge. The feed rate is relative with the gear speed change and the frequency conversion speed regulation.
