One end of the device is an articulated mechanism, and the other end of the device is supported by an oil cylinder. Steel rail is designed on both ends and chain device is on top to deliver the material. Racks that can rise and move are designed on the side of roller table, which are controlled by connecting rod system. Material is delivered by chain system to roller table.
The pre loaded oil cylinder device is in the jacking up condition initially, and the top is taller than the guiding rails on two sides. The forklift puts the bar onto the protective mat on top and the cylinder slowly drops down to move the bar onto the chain of steel guiding rail, and then the chain pulls the bar to the front. At this time, moving rack jacks the bar up and moves onto roller table pulled by chain, and then drops the bar down and go back to its original place. All parts need to be installed with inspection and control system.
