Two Introduction to the production line
The coil-to-rod production line is the transformation of the wire rod through a centerless car (stripping machine) to remove the surface decarburization layer, cracks and other defects to make the surface silver bright black wire rod to silver bright wire rod.
3. Production line process flow and layout drawing
Opening and straightening machine → CNC peeling machine → Polishing machine → Pre-bending device → Rewinding tray
4. Brief introduction of production line composition
4.1.1 Uncoiling straightening machine
Use a crane to turn the coil into the rotating drum arm of the uncoiler, and place one end of the coil between the point corrections.
4.1.2 Point correction
Turn on the hydraulic cylinder for point straightening to compress the end of the stock and straighten it.
4.1.3 Flat Straightening
There are 7 rollers for leveling and vertical leveling respectively, so that the disk material is straightened by leveling and vertical leveling and the disk material is pushed forward.
4.2. Hydraulic clamping device of peeling machine
Feed the pan material into the peeler.
4.3. CNC peeling machine
Turn the disc according to the technical specifications.
4.4. Abrasive belt throwing
Polish the stripped disk according to the technical specifications to remove the tool marks caused by centerless turning on the surface.
4.5. Pre-bending device
The wire rod comes out of the polishing machine through the pre-bending device so that it can be plated on the receiving tray

Used to hold the coiled material after peeling and polishing
