Semi automatic bright bar peeling machine can be used to remove the raw materials surface defects.
There are 4 tool holders that installed in the cutter head.
Main spindle seat is a structural element and it is a hollow main spindle. Cutter head is fixed on main spindle seat by main spindle and bearing. 6 cutter bars are installed averagely on top. On each cutter bar, there installed a specially used cutting blade. Driven by feed servo motor ,via transmission chain, 6 cutting tools diametrically adjust tool setting device with controlling cone cover. They can achieve diametrical compensation of dimensions with no need of stopping machine.
4 sets of cutter bar are set, there are 6 in each pair, 24 in all. Every cutter bar equips micromatic setting device, which can set unified dimensions on the tool setter in advance，replacing fast and improving efficiency. Tool feeding can be adjusted through touch screen on hand wheel. Tool blades are round or triangle blades, adopting center-screw blade locking mode.Driven by main electric motor, main spindle rotate at a high speed via synchronous belt, completing processing of elements. Behind the cutter head, chip-blocking plate is installed. So that it can stop chips from coming into spindle. Middle-rear device is installed in spindle from back of main spindle device.
