Introduction
YM80SA belt polishing machine is specially designed for the bars with high requirements for surface roughness. The main technical parameters and functions are as follows.
The spindle of this machine is hollow-core structure. There are belt discs at the front end. 2 sets of traverses are symmetrically laid. Main drive put 2 belt discs in motion through chain, gear and planetary gear. The belt discs are equipped with abrasive belts. The belt discs make revolution driven by the main drive. At the same time, the belts rotate with high speed to grind the round steel averagely. The workpiece moves in the axis driven by the pinch device and the rolls on the loader to pass through the spindle and finish grinding. The 2 groups of high-speed rotating belts are controlled by 2 cylinders to open and close respectively. The positioning device on the belt disc adjusts the diameter changes and grinding strength for bars of different diameters. The hollow spindle is equipped with 1 set of adjustable support mechanism.
The machine is practicable with stable processing process, high speed, high efficiency and good surface quality.

Taking multi protection measures:
The first layer
wrapping with foam film and stretch film for the special components, in order to avoid moisture.
Second layer
inside of plywood box, adopting small square plywood block and strapping belt to fix.
Third layer
the machine itself has screw fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.
Fourth layer
in a container, by compact layout, reducing the gap between boxes to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforcing between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
