The coil-to-bar production line removes the surface decarburized layer and crack and other defects etc. from the coil through coil opener,straightening, centerless lathe (peeling machine),polishing and pre-bending and recoiler to achieve the transformation from black coil to bright coil.

Description：(1)for material with diameter of 6mm - 16 mm: Lift the coil into the pay off device with crane, Manually pull coil straight into 16 horizontal & vertical straightening machine, after straightening, the wire rod will go through the wire will go into WXC30S CNC peeling machine,after peeling, go into 16 pre-bending machine through clamping device, and then enter the 16 recoiler in coil.
