Note 1: The smaller the curvature of raw materials, the better, so as to better ensure the accuracy of finished products, equipment efficiency and life. If the straightness of raw material is large, it must be straightened before turning. Otherwise, it will seriously affect the precision of finished products, the efficiency and life of equipment. If the material head has serious flying edge, flat head and bending, the flat head and bending part and chamfering of flying edge must be removed before turning.
