Equipment Description:
Host machine:
Host is composed of a bed, spindle, oil air lubrication system, front clamping feed in, clamp car, rear clamping extracting, front guide, middle guide, rear guide, driving components.
The spindle is driven by the main drive through the synchronous belt drive gear box, then drives the cutter head which is equipped with four adjustable cutters to produce the precision and high speed rotation movement. Rod is feed in through the front feeding clamping, and is given a linear and feeding motion. Front guide makes the central location to the bar, and after that, the cutting heads begin to peel the bar on the surface. After peeling, the bar enters to the middle and rear guide part to experiences another central location. The extracting components deliver the after-peeling bar to unloading rollers. That is the brief introduction of the whole production process.
The oil and gas lubrication system is especially designed to provide the effective lubrication for the high-speed rotating components, and is a reliable and economic method of lubricating for the high-speed spinning bearing. The lubricating oil has to be Great-Wall brand(or better brand with higher quality) mechanical oil or anti-wear hydraulic oil. Use No.46 oil in summer and No.32 in winter. Used oil is forbidden in the oil and gas lubrication system.
Cutting liquid circulation cooling system:
The cutting liquid circulation cooling system is mainly composed of circulating pump, pipe, nozzle etc.
The circulating pump delivers the cutting liquid in the tanks to the nozzle near the cutting head through pipes, and cutting liquid is directly sprayed to the cutter and peeling chip. Most heat generated from the bar peeling is taken away by cooling liquid, which together with the peeling chip, falls down to the chip removal mouth, and flows back to water tank through pipe.
Chain plate chip removing machine:
The chain plate chip removing machine is the matching product made by cooperative companies. Peeling chip falls down to the plate of chip removing device and is collected through belt delivering. The thickness of stainless steel chain plate should be more than 3mm to make sure that there is no jam in the chip removal process.
Hydraulic system:
Hydraulic system is mainly composed of pump set motor, various kinds of valves, hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic pipes, etc. It can realize the clamping and loosing movement towards work-piece through oil tanks in the front clamping feeding and rear clamping extracting components.
Electric and air system:
Electric and air system is composed of electric power system and control system, which contains 1 power distribution cabinet and 1 operation button stations. It can realize electric and air control towards the front feeding in and and rear extracting system, cooling system, hydraulic system, chip conveyor and electric control of auxiliaries.
The main drive system adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation, and the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by proportional valve.
The front clamping feeding, rear extracting system and the loading and unloading rollers all adopt variable frequency step-less speed regulation. The control system is functioned by semi-automatic buttons.
The main power supply is 380V 50Hz AC. The control power supply is 220V 50Hz AC, and the control system is weak current power supply (DC24V). Main components are famous brands.
Loading and unloading device:
Loading platform is adopted in the loading device, while in unloading device, U shape material groove is used. Canvas bags in the unloading part of machine can automatically lift and drop to protect the work-piece away from all the scratching and fiction.
