China Lathe Machine Tool Peeling for SUS Mild Bar
WXC series of centerless lathe is high-efficient specialized lathe to make a rough or fine machining to the surface of bar material such as slender shaft and other bars. It is able to not only get rid of the imperfection on the bar surface , de-carburized layer, crack etc, but also to guarantee relatively high accuracy. It is especially suitable to process extra long bar and bar with large machining allowance.
This machine with features of strong practicability, stable processing, high speed, high efficiency and good surface quality.Due to the addition of the oil-air lubrication device, the bearing life is extended many times.The transmission of the main shaft gear box can be changed in two gears, which is more stable and reliable than the original synchronous belt structure, easy to operate, and can adapt to a wider range of speed and processing.
Online cutting tool adjusting can be realized during process. Closed loop online automatic diameter control can be realized after adding detection points. High degree of automation is available.The clamping trolley is driven by hydraulic proportional valve, and the encoder signal is directly controlled. This machine is possessed with auto and manual two control system and can be used alternatively.
