1.Specific Description:
high precision ss coil peeling machine, can process the coil rod and turn it into straight bars with high precision. The most important part of this machine is the 2-roll precision straightener which can ensure the high precision of peeled bars. The 2-roll precision is composed of two rollers which are installed on the upper and lower body respectively. The upper roller is concave, the lower is convex. According to the diameter and the material properties, the angle between the two barrels is adjusted manually. In addition, the gap between the barrels can be adjusted through the feedback sent by the encoder.
