General Description:

The rolling mill is a double-rollers long-run cycle hole cold rolling mill, which is customized according to the material characteristics of high-alloy steel to be a high-efficiency and high-precision cold rolling mill.According to the requirements of high precision of finished tube size, the equipment is customized from the following two aspects.

(1) Improve the dimensional accuracy of external diameter of finished tube:

① Adopt close-top roll housing with large rigidity and small deformation;

② The assembly bearing adopts plane bearing, which greatly reduces the oil system and rolling clearance compared with other bearings;

③ The roller assembly is made of elastic nylon, which has longer service life and less elasticity than traditional metal springs. The above three features can improve the dimensional stability of the external diameter of the finished tube and improve the product accuracy.

(2) Reduce the thickness deviation of finished tube:

AC servo control rotary feeding system is adopted, ensuring that the feeding amount and rotation angle are accurate and reliable, and the forward and reverse rotation are stepless adjustable. The feeding and rotation mode can be double return and double feed , double return single feed and single return single feed which distributes the rolling force evenly, reduces the axial force, significantly reduces the deviation of external diameter and thickness of finished tube, and improves the yield.
