The drawing process
uncoiling→pre straightening→drawing→precision straightening→shearing→ polishing→ finished products collector
The machines have two types structure:
1)Manual operating
①In the manual mode, the power, the hydraulic action and the starting action of each equipment group can be operated by using the button or the man-machine interface to realize the manual operation
②Manual feeding
Start the main machine of drawing machine fan,main hydraulic station,straightening machine in the middle,and the beginning of servo so that the wire rods can go into straightening machine in the middle and hydraulic shearing machine through guide pliers,car in the front and car in the back;
Cut off the starting wire material to realize manual feeding.
2)Automatic operation
In automatic mode, start the polishing machine, press the automatic operation button ,to realize full automatic production operation.
