Was built in 1999, which specializes in producing steel finishing equipment, such as aluminium wire peeler, Series JY Bar Straightening Machine, Abrasive Belt Ginder, Drawing Machine, Shot Blasting Machine, Centerless Grinding Machine, CNC skiving and Roller Burnishing Machine and Auxiliary Machine etc. We also engage in continuous hard chrome plating equipment and heat treatment equipment.

aluminium wire peeler is one of our main products,The blade is a triangular blade, which is fixed with a screw. The cutter bar is divided into two kinds of single and double cutter which can meet different material turning requirement.
Driven by main electric motor, main spindle rotate at a high speed via Coupling which connected directly with gear box , completing processing of bar material. The main shaft gear box can shift gears according to the need .Behind the cutter head, chip-blocking plate is installed. So that it can stop chips from coming into spindle. Middle-rear device is installed in spindle from back of main spindle device.
