Angle adjusting mechanism and side guide: Angle is adjusted by hand. By turning the adjusting lever,the straightening roll base can be adjusted to reach a desirable angle within the range of 8~22°. The turning angle is displayed by scale. The side guiding plate is composed of left and right two parts which are respectively installed on the both sides of the straightening machine with basically the same structure which composed of guide frame and guide strip. The guide strip is installed on the guide frame. The height and spacing are adjusted by manual screw and worm mechanism. Plate thickness can be replaced according to the diameter of the material processed to meet the requirement of straightening and polishing. Plate material is nylon plate or nodular cast iron depending on precise straightening or rough straightening. The replacement of plate is convenient.
