Our 2- roll brass rod straightening machines are used for accurately straightening warped metal bars or thick -walled tubes at high efficiency . Available for all metal materials, not limit to ferrous or non -ferrous. It can form a production line with our centerless peeling machine. If straightness of raw material is more than 1.5mm/m, pre-straightening before peeling is recommended. After straightening , straightness is up to 0.15-0.4mm/m and roughness is less than 1μm. Loading and unloading system can be supplied for manual or automatic operation.
