Two roll straightening machine can straighten the bars and tubes covering diameter range from 5mm to 300mm and can be used for straightening and calendering for various metal and steel material.
The upper straightening roll is concave,the lower roll is convex.
The two roll straightening machine adopts stepless speed,real-time display the gap between upper and lower roll.Guide sleeves are installed in the inlet and outlet.During straightening,the bar can accurately enter into and leave the straightening rolls.
Straightening rolls hyperbola is researched and designed by our engineer to straighten and calender the bars/tubes at the same time.
