1) In order to meet the production requirements of the thin-wall pipe to prevent the pipe head from flattening, the 5 upper rollers of the straightening machine have the hydraulic quick opening function.Ensure that the steel pipe head can smoothly move into the straightening machine.
2) The five upper rollers and the three middle and lower rollers of the straightening machine have the height adjustment function, which can realize various bending straightening processes according to different straightening process requirements.
3)The Pressing down adjustment and angle adjustment of straightening roller adopts electric adjustment encoder feedback.
4) The straightening roller is assembled with an integral roller seat and the centre calibration of the straightening roller adopts off-line calibration to ensure that the centre of the straightening roller is in a straight line after installation, no need to proceed with center line calibration. It is only necessary to adjust the press down and angle according to the straightening process parameters.
5) The roller change mode adopts C-type roller change mode, and each straightening roller can be replaced separately, convenient and flexible.
6) Anti-oxidation skin measures are taken into consideration at all the sliding surfaces of the straightening machine to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment and facilitate the equipment maintenance.
7) The whole lower roller adjustment mechanism of the straightening machine is installed on the upper surface of the lower crossbeam, and the adjustment and maintenance of the lower straightening roller are very convenient.
8) Beside the straightening machine is equipped with straightening roller press down and angle adjustment(wireless)handheld operation box, which is used for adjusting the roll gap and the angle of the straightening roller.
9) The design of the lower beam of the straightener takes full account of the collection and treatment of oxide scale, which will not flow to the outside of the straightener and will not generate accumulation.
10)The straightening machine is driven by AC frequency conversion, which enables both closed-loop speed control and load balancing control, as well as realize the low speed feeding, high speed straightening and low speed throwing out in accordance with the trapezoidal rolling control method. It can effectively increase the production pace while ensuring the quality of straightening.
