Note：①The hardness of raw material should be uniform,the difference of HB hardness values in the same bar material should≤±10(difference of HRC hardness values≤±1).The straightness of Input material shall meet the requirement in this agreement,otherwise automatic feeding can not be realized.Both of the material ends must be chamfered before straightened.When the material is titanium alloy,it needs to be heating straightened.Tolerance overrun and material length is too short and overrun need manual feeding;Bars with large diameter, high strength, high hardness and poor straightness need to be used at lower speed.

Note ②: Due to the difference of material performance, the head and end of the finished product has a certain length, and the straightness of the black bar material is about 1.5mm/m.
