Acceptance procedures and contents
1.Pre -acceptance
The pre-acceptance is carried out in the manufacturer. 15 days before the machine tool leaves the factory, the manufacturer notifies the user to go to the manufacturer's company for pre-acceptance.
2.Factory acceptance
After the equipment arrives at the purchaser's site, the purchaser will conduct factory acceptance inspection based on the packing list.
3 .Guidance on installation , commissioning , training and acceptance
Equipment foundation civil engineering part: This part mainly refers to the ground requirements, pit requirements, size specifications of the main and auxiliary machine foundation bolts, location layout, and specific layout of cables and gas pipelines. The specific matters are based on the equipment foundation drawing. The location of the trench and the electric cabinet can be determined by the user according to the specific conditions on site. All civil engineering work shall be completed by the purchaser.
The purchaser shall install the equipment according to the basic drawings and equipment drawings. If the purchaser requires the supplier to send personnel to guide the installation , commissioning and training, the supplier shall send technical personnel to guide the installation, commissioning and technical training on site ( the buyer shall arrange a sufficient number of installation and training workers to participate in the installation , commissioning and training work throughout the whole process) after paying the supplier 's engineer visa fee, round-trip transportation fee, board and lodging fee in the purchaser's country, translator fee, and engineer service fee of US$260 (RMB 1,800) per person per day (from the time the engineer leaves the seller's factory to the time he returns to the factory) . After the equipment is installed, both the supply and demand parties shall send personnel to the site to conduct acceptance in accordance with the technical agreement, contract text and relevant technical documents.
Note: The purchaser is responsible for connecting the energy medium (water, electricity, compressed air, etc.) to the designated interface of the equipment (see the equipment basic location diagram for details ).
If the seller's engineer is unable to go to the buyer's factory due to other force majeure reasons, the seller will provide online technical guidance.
4.Acceptance Content
Equipment appearance, machine tool accuracy, load test indicators, actual usage compliance and contents specified in relevant documents, etc.
5.Guidance on installation, commissioning, training and acceptance time limit
If the equipment cannot be installed, debugged or trained within 30 days from the date of arrival of the goods at the purchaser's factory due to the purchaser's reasons, the installation, debugging and training guidance shall be deemed to be completed. If the purchaser cannot arrange for the purchaser's learning personnel to be fully present for training during the installation and debugging process due to the purchaser's reasons, it shall be deemed that the purchaser has waived the training and the normal acceptance and delivery of the supplier's equipment shall not be affected. Within three days from the date of completion of the installation, debugging and training guidance, if the purchaser does not conduct the acceptance due to the purchaser's reasons and does not raise any objections to the supplier in writing, it shall be deemed that the purchaser has accepted the equipment. After the equipment acceptance meets the requirements of this technical agreement, the purchaser shall issue an acceptance report signed by the purchaser's personnel on the same day.
