JY210A Straightening Machine

The machine is mainly used for the precision straightening and calendering of the metal bar after peeling or grinding. In addition, the machine can also be equipped with hydraulic protection device which used for the straightening of black bar and the straightening of precision forged round bar. Because its calendering and straightening is completed at one time, so the work efficiency is high.

Our products are suitable to process different kinds of metal material, for instance, black metal material such as structural steel, alloy steel, spring steel, bearing steel,tool steel, copper and copper alloy, aluminum and aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, titanium and titanium alloy and other non-ferrous metal materials.

Note :The straightness and dia tolerance of two ends of finished bar will not be uniform,The range of 200mm from both ends,the straightness of finished bright bar is about 1.2mm/m and the straightness of the finished black bar is about 1.8mm/m according to different material.The diameter tolerance of bright bar with a certain length at both ends also varied obviously. The variation value of the tolerance at each of the ends is about ±0.6mm.The deviation of the rest part of finished bright bar in the same bar:≤0.06mm if dia Φ85~110;≤0.08mm if Φ110~160; ≤0.10mm if dia>Φ160.
