Note:① The hardness of raw materials should be uniform,the difference of HB hardness values in the same bar material≤≤±10(difference of HRC hardness values≤±1).Raw material straightness shall meet the standards required by this agreement, otherwise automatic feeding cannot be realized. The head and tail must be chamfered before the raw material is straightened. When raw material is titanium alloy, it needs heating straightening.
Material with Tolerance over the limit and short material that over the limit should be manually feeding the material.
Rod material with problems of Big diameter, high strength, high hardness, poor straightness should be straightened with reduced processing speed.
Note:②Due to the difference in material properties, the finished products are about 280 mm, and the straightness of bright bar is about 0.60mm/m. the straightness of black bar is about 1.5mm/m.The diameter tolerance of bar material with a certain length at each end of bright bar varied obviously, and the tolerance variation at the end was about ±0.4mm. Finished the difference in size with the rest of the team: Φ15~30:≤0.03mm，Φ30~50:≤0.04mm,Φ50~60≤0.05mm.
