High precision ss wire peeler is one of our main products, support cutter head, middle-rear guide device and rotatee, completing cutting at high speed according to a predetermined cutting speed and diameter requirement.
Main spindle seat is a structural element and it is a hollow main spindle. Cutter head is fixed on main spindle seat by main spindle and bearing. 6 cutter bars are installed averagely on top. On each cutter bar, there installed three specially used cutting blade. Driven by feed servo motor, via transmission chain, 6 cutting tools diametrically adjust tool setting device with controlling cone cover. They can achieve diametrical compensation of dimensions with no need of stopping machine.
