Bright wire peeling machine is one of our main products, which is mainly used to wipe off remove the rust on the surface of the black wire to make the black wire bright. Host machine consists of the bed, main bearings, air/oil lubrication system,front-clamping pinch feeding and rear-clamping extracting, front guide and middle-rear guide system, main driving system etc. The cutting liquid circulation cooling system is mainly composed of circulating pump, pipe, nozzle etc. The circulating pump delivers the cutting liquid in the tanks to the nozzle near the cutting head through pipes, and cutting liquid is directly sprayed to the cutter and peeling chip. Most heat generated from the bar peeling is taken away by cooling liquid, which together with the peeling chip, falls down to the chip removal mouth, and flows back to water tank through pipe.
