carbon steel wire peeling machine is one of our main products,Under the control of signal from detection point, the bar will be clamped tightly by the hydraulic clamp driven synchronously by the car which is supported on slide. It will make synchronous axial movement with the extracting car driven by hydraulic tank controlled by proportional valve to finish the process of bar end peeling. The synchronization system provides the signal by the wheel encoder and controlled by PLC. There is limit switch installed in the end for the operation convenience.
Pneumatic clamping shockproof pressure wheel device is installed at the back of clamping car for automatic centering, and to prevent shaking of bar front end.
