High precision Copper bar includes 2 types : semi-auto peeler and CNC peeler. CNC peeler can realize online tools adjustment without stopping machine first while semi-auto peeler has to stop first ,then adjust manually. CNC copper bar can reach bar diameter tolerance h9, surface roughness is Ra ≤3.2. Semi-auto high precision copper bar peeler can achieve diameter tolerance h10, surface roughness Ra ≤6.3.
