  1. Product descripation:    

The coil to coil production line is to remove the surface decarburization layer,crack and other defects through the uncoiler/(pay off), straightener, peeling machine and polishing machine, make the surface from black wire to bright wire.

 Remarks:
1) About 2 roller straightening machine: The hardness difference (HB) of one bar must be≤±10 (HRC difference≤±1)Raw material hardness no more than 38HRC.(The raw material needs to be annealed before process to reduce its hardness. Otherwise, the cutting insert and straightening rolls will be easily damaged.)
2) Because of the performance difference, dia of two ends (about 260mm length each end) will be changed a little after straightening. The straightness of two ends for bright bar is about 0.5mm/m, 0.3mm/m for central part (about 0.8mm/m for two ends of spring steel ). Diameter tolerance in head and end of bright bar is obvious. The end diameter tolerance is about ±0.4mm; Other diameter tolerance of one bar: Φ10~30, ≤0.03mm; Φ30~40, ≤0.04mm.

 

 

Remark: about PLC

PLC are made by Siemens. By touch screen, parameters can be set from tool-set data, revolving speed of main engine, feeding speed, cutting length and cutting quantity.

The first layer wrapping with foam film and stretch film for the special components, in order to avoid moisture.
Second layer inside of plywood box, adopting small square plywood block and strapping belt to fix.
Third layer the machine itself has screw fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.
Fourth layer in a container, by compact layout, reducing the gap between boxes to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforcing between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
