Function:The equipment is through-type, used for three-layer chromium plating on the outer surface of round rod material (slender shaft). The equipment is composed of automatic feeding system, driving system, conductive system, activation system, electroplating system, automatic unloading system, pressure system, temperature control system and electronic control system.
1.Process
1.1 Workpiece

1.3 Material:45#,40Cr etc,Mainly 45#.
1.4 diameter range:φ40mm-φ120mm;
1.5 length range:4000-6500mm.
1.6 Surface quality of input bar requirement:roughness:Ra0.1--0.2;straightness:0.1/1000.
1.7 Plating rate:3.4--4.2m/h(take example of plate thickness :0.030mm,one channel).
1.8 Max feed rate:8.5m/h.
1.9 The surface quality of finished workpiece
1) Thickness of plating layer: 0.02-0.04mm(unilateral).
2) Appearance:Chromium plating layer must be continuous, meticulous crystallization, smooth surface, no leakage plating area. The surface of the coating is not allowed to have pinhole, chromium lump, rough, burr, excoriation and other defects.
3) Chromium layer hardness:HV≥800,the adhesion of chromium plating layer must be strong, the chromium layer should not be warped,peeled and shedding when doing the experiment with a knife.
2. Main Technical Features
2.1 This system is energy conservative and environment protective and the waste water discharged contains no chromium. Before and after plating, the cleaning water (waste water containing chromium) flows into the cleaning tank through pipeline. When the mother tank level needs replenishing, the chrome-containing waste water will be replenished back to the mother tank, which complements the evaporation and decomposition of the plating liquid.
2.2 The chromium mist recovery and purification tower realizes the zero discharge of electroplating waste water while ensuring the qualified purification effect.
2.3 The anode of the system adopts profile modeling anode design, the workpiece passes through the profile modeling anode and advances in a constant speed,So coating layer whether in the circumference, or in the direction of axis length, uniformity is better
2.4 Automatic control of loading and unloading is achieved, which saves labor intensity and labor cost of operators greatly.
2.5 This system adopts special liquid seal and circulation mode, which can realize no connection between the workpiece and the workpiece, and eliminate the traditional complicated connection process, thus greatly reducing the production cost and labor intensity.
2.6 The plating tank adopts the split structure of the mother and sub tank and staggered installation. All the installation parts in the mother tank are all placed in the area not directly below the sub-tank which greatly facilitates the installation and maintenance of the plating tank.
2.7 The cathodic conductive system adopts automatic compensation conduction mode. This mode ensures that two groups of conductive clips are equipped at both ends of each electroplating tank, and at least one group of each two groups of conductive clips is continuously supplied during electroplating, thus avoiding the phenomenon of spark when the clamp is opened or closed.
