The machine is a Y1, Y2, X, R, V 4+1 axis electro-hydraulic synchronous CNC machine. The rack is an integral structure which consists of oil tank, brace, working table, left and right wall plate and slider, which ensures the structural strength of the rack, and it has done the post weld stress relief treatment and finished the machining on the large floor boring and milling machine , especially the slider, which adopts vertical machining technology (because the working status of the slider is vertical) so as to ensure the straightness of the mounting surface of the upper die during the slide in the working condition.

The first layer wrapping with foam film and stretch film for the special components, in order to avoid moisture.
Second layer inside of plywood box, adopting small square plywood block and strapping belt to fix.
Third layer the machine itself has screw fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.
Fourth layer in a container, by compact layout, reducing the gap between boxes to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforcing between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
