1. Machine performance and technical data.
1.1. Machine body
◆Normal heat treatment and natural aging treatment of high quality castings were adopted,To stabilize the internal structure, to ensure that in the process of use, strong wear resistance, small deformation.
◆The thickness of the grinding wheel is wide, the grinding allowance can be increased, the grinding times can be reduced, and the productivity can be improved.
◆The machine adopts double-sided moving layout, and the bracket is fixed on the bed body. The regulating wheel frame can only adjust the movement, the position of the workpiece remains unchanged, easy to be equipped with a variety of feeding devices, easy to automate.

1. Three axes PLC, Mitsubishi Q series control system (Siemens CNC for option)
A. Axes Y for regulating wheel frame servo feeding, min. 0.001mm.
B. Axis X for GW(grinding wheel) dresser servo feeding, min. 0.001mm.
C. Axis Z for GW dresserReciprocating dressing.
With axis X and axis Z, user can get any GW shape they want.

2.1. Machine body
◆Casting, natural aging and artificial heat treatment for reasonable deformation and better durability.
2.2.GW and RW(Regulating wheel).
◆The grinding wheel designed forcantilever type, while grinding bracket fixed.
◆The spindle of grinding wheel adopted muti-plate long bearing bushed static-hydrodynamical oil film bearing.
◆ Five pieces bush-bearings for each side on the wheel spindle, better rigidity for fine heavy grinding.
◆RWadopted double supported structure, equipped with double row cylindrical roller bearings, rotary accuracy assured.
◆The spindle of grinding wheel adopted muti-plate long bearing bushed static-hydrodynamical oil film bearing.
2.3. Feeding
◆The regulating wheel feed slide is equipped double "V" roller guideway and and servomotor that drives ball screws.
◆Servo motordrives ball-screw through shaft coupling, min. feeding amount 0.001mm.
2.4. Dressing for GW and RW
◆GW dresser: Servo motors drive ball-screws for GW dresser feeding and reciprocating.
◆RW dresser: Gear motordrives ball screw for reciprocating motion,step-less speed adjusting,hand wheel for dresser feeding.
2.5.Electric
◆Converter for RW motor, step-less speed adjusting.
◆Operation panelwithdials and touch screen for grinding, dressing,feeding, etc. Adjusting.
◆Siemens CNC 808 control.
2.6. Cooling and lubrication
◆Coolant paper tape filter with magnetic separator. (picture on the left)
◆Separate lubrication oil tank (in the middle) for grinding wheel spindle and regulating wheel spindle with constant temperature. Constant temperature guide-rail lubricating system.(picture on the right)
2.6. Other optional configurations
◆Semi-cover or Full-cover: Electromagnetic lock while machine running for protection.
