The complete set of equipment is based on the successful experience accumulated by our company in medium-frequency induction heating for several years, according to your company's process requirements, the characteristics of existing equipment and our company's preferred set of high performance and price program. The production line consists of: storage+turning+feeding machinery, inclined roller rotary heating zone machinery, medium frequency induction heating quenching system: 450KW/1.0s+250KW/1.0s, stainless steel cooling spray device (including filtration), medium frequency induction heating tempering system: 200KW/1.0s+200KW/1.0s, discharge+turning machinery, two sets of temperature detection system (quenching 1 set, tempering 1 set), intelligent general control desk, cooling system (internal circulation, external circulation cooling tower), high degree of automation, complete set of production line controlled by PLC, able to store, copy and print the process parameters.

The line is fed by manual loading, with a loading rack at one end, the workpiece is lifted and placed onto the loading rack to realize the roller type turning material feeding, the workpiece enters the inductor and the electric furnace starts heating, continuous discharging while entering the spraying system to start cooling, and then enters the tempering stage for continuous heating, then the workpiece is transported to the discharging rack and the tempering process of the whole workpiece is completed. The whole set of assembly line can be operated by two people, which saves time and resources as well as manpower.
