Equipment Composition and Function

The equipment includes: Loading system, straightening machine body, extract device and unloading collection system, and is equipped with the corresponding electronic control, lubrication and cooling system.

Working Process Description

1,Crane Loading: Carry the bar material up to loading rack using driving crane. Finer materials and large straightness material need to be manually paved, so as not to cross between materials, affecting automatic feeding.

2,Pneumatic material kick-off Arm：Pneumatic material kick-off arm automatically moves the bar to the loading roller.(Manual feeding is required for materials with smaller diameter and larger straightness).

3,Loading Roller: It is used for sending the bar to straightener.

4,Main Body of Straightener: The straightener adopts alternately symmetric bending and straightening theory. Through the craft such as inclined arrangement of roller, special designed roller shape, distance between rollers and the fitting of guide distance, the bar experiences multiple alternately symmetric bending. And multiple elastic plastic bending deformation happens on the bar surface when it moves forward in the straightening process, which guarantees the bar straightening effect.

5,Extraction device: by pneumatic clamping roller will extract out the workpiece from the straightening machine, sent to the receiving box.

6,collecting device: The material colleting trough is pneumatically opened, and the workpiece roll-in the material colleting trough.
