Function of the equipment

HGJ series cantilever steel straightening machine is not straight steel (square steel, Angle steel, rail, channel steel, I - beam, flat steel, flat ball steel, H - beam, etc.) special straightening equipment.

Straightening principle of equipment

When the straightening section passes through the roller wheel with a certain hole shape and staggered arrangement, the original curvature is eliminated through repeated elastic-plastic bending deformation to make the section straight.

Equipment features :

1．HGJ400-9+1 cantilever type steel straightener is in the form of upper pressure cantilever type, fast and convenient roll change.

2．The transmission of equipment, J400 high speed straightening machine roller shaft transmission distribution and host integrated, reducer adopts hard tooth surface, material 20CrMnMo, carburizing quenching, grinding processing.

3．HGJ400-9+1 cantilever type steel straightener is fully supported by rolling bearings, with small friction coefficient, stable performance and high straightening accuracy.

4.HGJ400-9+1 roller cantilever type steel straightening machine has axial adjustment mechanism (manual), upper roller has lifting adjustment mechanism (manual), flexible and convenient adjustment.
