Standard of design and manufacture
The equipment is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with relevant standards, technical agreements and other documents.
The warranty period of the equipment is 12 months (working time: 4800 hours), among which the straightening roll is 6 months (working time: 2400 hours), whichever comes first shall prevail, except wearing parts. And under the condition that the epidemic situation in the demander country has been fully and effectively controlled to ensure the safety of the supplier personnel without infection and smooth entry and return to customs, during the warranty period, in addition to wearing parts, The Seller shall provide maintenance services (engineer's service fee, visa fee, round-trip air ticket fee, accommodation, local transportation fee and translation fee in the Buyer's country shall be paid by the Buyer in advance) and free replacement of spare parts (provided that the transport cost of spare parts and all import fees incurred in the Buyer's country shall be borne by the Buyer). If the machine is damaged due to illegal operation by the operator of the Buyer, the Buyer shall bear all the costs.
