Inspection and acceptance procedure
PDI: pre-despatch inspection
Pre-despatch inspection takes place inside manufacturer factory.The seller shall notice the buyer 15 days in advance when the equipment is finished.
Receipt at site
The buyer shall check and confirm the goods when the machine was sent to buyer's plant according to the packing list.
Installation and commissioning
The buyer shall installed the machine according to civil/foundation and layout drawing.If the buyer ask for the supplier to send personnel to supervise, the buyer shall pay the supplier's engineer visa fees, transportation fees, boarding and lodging expenses, interpreter fee,and plus $150 per person per day for supplier's engineer, then the supplier shall send technical personnel to the site to supervise the installation, commissioning and technical training, The final acceptance shall be achieved according to the technical agreement, contract and related technical documents when the two sides relevant personnel are present.
Note:The buyer needs to connect the energy media such as water,electricity,compressed air to the designated interface of the machine.
Acceptance content
Equipment appearance,accuracy of machine,performance of hot test(load test),If meet the requirement in actual usage or not and relevant document.
