WXC series of centerless lathe is high-efficient specialized lathe to make a rough or fine machining to the surface of bar material such as slender shaft and other bars. It is especially suitable to process extra long bar and bar with large machining allowance.

Note:① The hardness of raw materials should be uniform,the difference of HB hardness values in the same bar material ≤±10(difference of HRC hardness values ≤±1).Raw material straightness shall meet the standards required by this agreement, otherwise automatic feeding cannot be realized. The head and tail must be chamfered before the raw material is straightened. When raw material is titanium alloy, it needs heating straightening.
Note:②Due to the difference in material properties, the finished products are about 260 mm, and the straightness of bright bar is about 0.50mm/m.The diameter tolerance of bar material with a certain length at each end of bright bar varied obviously, and the tolerance variation at the end was about ±0.2mm. Finished the difference in size with the rest of the team: Φ10~30:≤0.04mm,Φ30~40:≤0.05mm.
