Note：①The hardness of the materials needs to be uniform,the hardness difference of a single material should ≤20 HB,(or HRC≤2).The straightness of the material must meet the above requirement,otherwise automatically feeding can not be carried out.Both of the ends of material need to be chamfered before straightening.When raw material is titanium alloy, it needs to be heated and straightened.

Note: ②According to different material and characteristics, the head and tail of the finished product has acertain length , and the straightness of the peeled steel is about 0.80 mm/m. The diameter tolerance of the bar with a certain length at the head and tail of the finished product changes obviously, and the tolerance at the end of the silver bright steel is about ±0.4mm; the size difference of the rest of the same branch of the finished peeled steel: Φ20~30 is ≤0.03mm; Φ30~ 50 is ≤0.04mm;Φ50~80 is ≤0.05mm.
