
The main spindle device driven by the main transmission through the synchronous belt enable the cutter head which is equipped with four adjustable cutters to rotate with high precision and speed. Material bar is conveyed in through the front feeding clamping device which gives the bar the linear forwarding motion. Front guide makes centralize the bar, then the cutting head begins peeling process. After peeling, the bar enters to the middle and rear guide part to further centralize.At last the extracting components convey the finished bar to unloading rollers, above all, the whole high speed peeling process is finished.
When the bar is peeling almost to the end, clamping trolley automatically fastens it, and synchronously extracts it with front guide component, which guarantees that there is no obvious dent on the bar surface after peeling.
