Remark:

The smaller the curvature of the raw material, the better, so as to better ensure the accuracy of the finished product, equipment efficiency and life. When the straightness of raw material is large, manual feeding is required. If the straightness of raw material is large, it must be straightened before turning, otherwise it will seriously affect the precision of finished products, the efficiency and life of equipment. If the raw materialhead has serious burr, flat head and bending, before turning flat head and bending part, burr chamfering must becutoff. When the diameter of finished material is less than 20, the bending degree willincrease.
