The design group consists of an auto-feeder and a chamfer machine, The rack delivers material to the host, the host parallel materialmoving mechanism first sends the pipe material into the left alignment roller table to proceed left moving and alignment, After alignment, the tube material sent to the left chamfer machine head for chamfer through the parallel material moving mechanism, after the left chamfer station complete the work,the tube material which finishes the left chamfer was sent to the right alignment roller table by the parallel material moving mechanism to proceed the right side chamfer and alignment,the aligned pipe is also sent by the parallel material moving mechanism to the right chamfer machine head for the right chamfer.
