Properties of the machine
This part includes the main drive system, cold rolling reduction device, rotary feeding device, mandrel device, automatic loading and unloading device, outlet and inlet stabilizing device, etc.
1.Main drive system: this part is mainly composed of a DC main motor, V-belt drive device, brake, driving gear, crank gear, etc., as shown in Fig.
1) The main motor is a speed adjustable DC motor of 110KWproduced by Jiangsu Wangpai Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd, which can provide all the torque even at a low speed and fully meet the cold rolling process requirements of stainless steel tubes.
2) The brake is a disc hydraulic brake, which has good braking effect under high-speed motion and is not easy to generate heat decay. Compared with other brake structures, it has the advantages of good heat dissipation, fast response, simple structure and easy maintenance.
3) The forging of driving gear and other crank gears are made of 35CrMo casting material, and the surface is high-frequency quenching and grinding, and the driving shaft and driven shaft are made of 42CrMo material.
2.The device of reduction in cold rolling: this part is mainly the roll housing in the main frame, which adopts a close-top roll housing structure with high rigidity. The rolling moulds are installed with a lateral roll changing device. The main frame is a box structure that the rolling mill frame is installed on the horizontal guide rail in the frame and the front and rear side plates of the main frame are equipped with racks, which mesh with the synchronous gears at one end of a pair of cycle hole rolls installed in the frame. The outlet of the main machine base is provided with an oil stain removing device on the outer surface of the finished pipe. After the whole branch tub is rolled out, the oil stain on the outer surface can be quickly removed when the finished product is pulled out from the outlet by the pulleing device.
3.Rotary feeding device: this part is composed of an integrated rotary feeding gear box, a three-stage feeding bed, a feeding trolley, a hydraulic holding device, an auxiliary rotating device, and a gap detection device of tube blank, as shown in Fig. 2.
1) The integrated rotary feed worm gear box. An independent servo motor (Shenzhen Huichuan) is composed of 7 pairs of worm wheels and worm gear pairs synchronously drives them to ensure the accurate feeding and rotation of the tube blank. Compared with traditional gear transmission, worm wheel and worm gear transmission has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and low noise.
2) Feeding trolley: two feeding trolleys are respectively installed in the three-stage feeding bed. The two trolleys feed the tube blank alternately to ensure stable rolling during feeding. The screw nut of the feeding trolley is a two-stage nut, which is offset by the traditional nut, greatly simplifying the difficulty of disassembly and improving the maintenance convenience. The lubricating device in the trolley can automatically lubricate the screw rod.
3) Hydraulic jacking device: the device is installed on the feeding trolley, and is controlled automatically by hydraulic pressure to ensure that the tube blank is not deformed, scratched and does not retreat.
4) Anti flash device: the independent servo motor controls the rotation of the hydraulic automatic feeding device. The rotation angle and frequency are synchronized with the rotation of the mandrel to prevent the flash of the finished tube. The auxiliary tube blank rotation can also reduce the rotation pressure of the tube blank driven by the mandrel.
5) Tube blank gap detection device: when the device detects the axial gap of any one branch blank, it will send a signal, start the control program, and then eliminate the gap.
