HGLG10HSL continuous pilger mill is a brand new design and manufacture of our company.It is used to roll precision thin-walled pipes of various carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, rare metals and precision alloys with OD φ6-φ18, wall thickness of 0.3-4mm in cold state.

Properties of the machine

The product quality and output of the mill improved by adopting ring pass and high-speed rolling. Because of the crank-single connecting rod drive with double sect or block balance system realizes high-speed rolling. By adopting ring pass and long stroke rolling, the deformation conditions of metal shaveal sobeen significantly improved, which not only creates a strong condition for increasing the deformation amount of each rollingpass, but also improves the product quality. As the increase of the amount of deformation perrolling pass reduces the number of rollingpasses, the intermediate process and material consumption are reduced correspondingly, the production cost is significantly reduced and the finished product rate is increased. In addition, the metallographic structure of the rolled tube has finegrain density, good physica land mechanical properties.The wall thickness deviation of the original tube blank can be corrected well, the size of the tube material is accurate, and the surface finish isgood.
