HGLG40HSL continuous pilger mill is a brand new design and manufacture of our company.It is used to roll precision thin-walled pipes of various carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, rare metals and precision alloys with OD φ6-φ18, wall thickness of 0.3-4mm in cold state.

The machine adopts two-roll ring-shaped roller, with large reduction of OD and WT, long working stroke and other characteristics. At the same time, the AC servo motor is used to control the rotation and feeding, and the automatic high-speed work without stopping the machine increases the output and reduces the labor intensity of the workers.
