HGLG-18-GLS type Cold Pilger Mill is a special equipment for producing high precision seamless metal tube by using chip -free processing technology, can be used to produce high standard cold rolledsteel tubes of various materials at room temperature. The size range of finished tube is F6～F18mm in diameter, 0.35～4.5mm in wall thickness, and the surface roughness Ra≤0.4～0.8μm. The tolerances on dimensions and shape of finished tube can meet the China national standard of precision cold-rolled tube.

Properties of the machine

The product quality and output of the mill improved by adopting ring pass and high-speed rolling. Because of the crank-single connecting rod drive with double sector block balance system realizes high-speed rolling. By adopting ring pass and long stroke rolling, the deformation conditions of metals have also been significantly improved, which not only creates a strong condition for increasing the deformation amount of each rolling pass, but also improves the product quality. As the increase of the amount of deformation per rolling pass reduces the number of rolling passes, the intermediate process and material consumption are reduced correspondingly, the production cost is significantly reduced and the finished product rate is increased. In addition, the metallographic structure of the rolled tube has fine grain density, good physical and mechanical properties. The wall thickness deviation of the original tube blank can be corrected well, the size of the tube material is accurate, and the surface finish is good.
