LBJZ-10T drawing machine can drawing the coil to reach the required shape by one pass, and with the advantage of accurate geometry, good surface roughness, high precision of dimension, higher production and lower cost. It can realize coil to coil and coil to bar process. The working process includes:Uncoiling, pre straightening, drawing, precise straightening, wire collecting, cutting, vertical type two roller machine, finished collecting.

This production line involves with wire opener(uncoiler), pre straightening, drawing, middle straightening, cutting (hydraulic power), clamping and feeding in, guiding tube box, vertical two roll machine, material receiving platform, and is fully automatic line. The control system classifies into drawing main controlling cabinet(opening controller, pre straightening, drawing, mid straightening, cutting off (hydraulic power), clamping, etc.) and vertical two roller machine main control cabinet. Operational table displays on screen: drawing, cutting and vertical 2 roll straightener, with every station possesses emergency stop button. The machines are interlocked with one another. This production line has manual, automatic and pausable three way of operation mode. The controlling voltage is DC24V.
