6. Product Quality before Plating: Surface Roughness: Ra0.2--0.5; Straightness: 0.1/1000
7. Product Quality Requirements:
8. Coating Thickness: 10-60μ m
9. Chromium Plating Appearance: Chrome plating layer continuous smooth, crystal delicate and mirror bright, without non-plating part on the surface. The surface has no pinhole, chrome bump, rough part, burr, peeling or other defects.
10. Chrome Layer Hardness: ≥850HV. Chrome plated layer is firmly coated, and does not shedding off in the test of reverse saw knife.
11. Machine operating environment in customer's factory
12. In normal conditions, environmental temperature should be -10℃ to 50℃. In atrocious weather, the customer should provide detailed condition.
13. Relative humidity: ≤85%; water: pure water; 0.2-0.3 Mpa; compressed air: normal 0.5-0.6 Mpa.
14. Power supply: 3 phase 380V±10%(Any difference, please provide detailed parameter.) 50HZ±2%
15. Air medium: corrosive medium; status: chrome acid mist.
